A little known service that your BBB provides to Accredited Businesses concerns intervention between ABs and clients they are having difficulty collecting from.

She will make contact with the client in an attempt to resolve the issue. There are no guarantees involved and your BBB is not a collection agency, but Diana’s negotiating skills and quiet manner frequently produce satisfactory results.
